Max Luber, B. A.
Max is from Philadelphia, PA and graduated from Temple University in 2015, with a major in Psychology.
He has previously worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He worked in various labs, one focusing on treatment of tics and Tourette’s disorder and another focusing in MRI research that focused on understanding of the core pathophysiological processes underlying risk, disease expression and resilience to schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
With a longstanding interest in the field of psychology, Max plans to enter a graduate program in the Fall 2020 semester to assist in the accumulation and interpretation of data with an effort to research and treat pediatric anxiety disorders using cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT), exposure therapy, and other methodologies.
